PAYMENT OPTIONS 

    • PAYPAL /  CREDIT CARD - pay with your VISA or MasterCard.  Instant payment via the Buy It Now button underneath the Picture of the Item you want to purchase. 
    • Personal Check, Money Order -  

      * I will email you my mailing address (it is not listed on my website for security reasons).  You may send payment via USPS First Class or Priority mail.  No Charge/Fee.

    • US Customers - Bank Draft via Intuit - I will email you a Secure Link with a detailed Invoice - you input info off of your Pers Check and Authorize payment.  No Charge/Fee.
    • WESTERN UNION - Pay online or at your nearest WU office.  I will pick up the payment at the WU office nearest me.  WU charges a fee for this service which you will need to pay.
    • Lay-a-way / Installment - if you would like to use this option and make Monthly payments please review my Lay-a-way ploicy outlined below.  No Charge, No Fee.

 

LAY-A-WAY POLICY

  I offer Lay-a-way with no interest on all knives with a selling price greater than one hundred ($100) dollars. 

- Methods of payment for Lay A Way are Bank Draft via Intuit and Personal Check/Money Order.   

- The knife will be held for up to ninety (90) days.  

-Twenty five percent (25%) of the total cost is due within five (5) days of the agreement to purchase.   Thereafter, at least twenty five percent (25%) is due each thirty (30) days with the balance due before ninety days has elapsed.  The customer is responsible for keeping track of the lay-a-way time elapsed. 

- *If at any time during the lay-a-way process a customer decides not to complete the purchase, or goes beyone severn days of a payment his/her money already received will be refunded minus a Restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the Total cost of the purchase and the knives will be placed back up for sale.  Refunds will be made by Check.  

 

PENDING 

Once a customer has stated either via phone or email that they intend to purchase a knife, I place that knife"ON HOLD" by indicating "Pending" in the price area of the description.  

To place a knife "On Hold" via email or phone a non-refundable down payment must be received within two (2) hours, the remaining partial (if using Lay A Way) or full payment must be completed within three (3) days.  If the down payment or remaining payment is not received within this time frame the knife will be placed back up for sale. 

If you have any questions or concerns with these polices please discuss these with me before agreeing to purchase a knife.

 

RETURNS

 I make every effort to describe my knives accurately.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase notifiy me within 48 hours of receipt of the knife.  You may request a full Refund of the cost of the knife.  Shipping charges are not refundable and all Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking fee. The item must be in the original condition and shipped back to me Fully Insured.   

If there was an error on my part, once I have received the knife to verify the issue, the Restocking fee will be waived.  Refunds will be made by Check.
